It all started with fire, flavor, and a feeling.
Back in Brazil, barbecue isn’t just food—it’s a ritual. It’s dads by the grill on Sundays, friends laughing with a skewer in one hand and a cold drink in the other. It's picanha sizzling, garlic bread toasting, and that first bite that makes you close your eyes and say, “Wow.”
That feeling never left me. And when I moved to the U.S., I couldn’t help but notice something was missing. There were plenty of places to eat, but nowhere that captured the magic of a real Brazilian churrasco—especially not something you could grab and go.
 
That’s when the idea hit:
What if I could bring the true taste of Brazil to the streets of America—one skewer at a time?
So I fired up the grill, picked the best cuts, and created Espetto King—a celebration of flavor, culture, and joy, served on a stick. Whether you're catching us at a farmer’s market, booking us for your party, or enjoying rodízio-style skewers in your backyard, we’re here to bring people together around great food.
